Our two modern, completely newly furnished apartments "Steinsee" and "Bergwiese" are quietly and centrally located in Zams in the immediate vicinity of the Venet cable car (1 minute walk) in the holiday region TirolWest. They have been awarded 4 edelweiss for the highest possible comfort and high-quality equipment. They offer spacious space for 2-8 people and the special feel-good factor for your unforgettable holiday in an ideal location.
From your holiday home, you can conquer skiing and hiking paradises such as Arlberg, Ischgl, Fiss-Serfaus, the Kaunertal Glacier or the border triangle around Nauders in no time at all. Our apartments are therefore the ideal place to stay for your holidays in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
 In addition to sports activities such as skiing, tobogganing, touring, hang gliding, paragliding, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, rafting, kayaking and much more. even the gourmet holiday with the many sights and local culinary specialties is not neglected.
 
In addition to the high-quality and tasteful furnishings of the apartments, our house has a practical ski room with boot dryer, spacious viewing balconies, a large parking lot and a cozy garden.
