The spacious terrace with a large garden and views of the surrounding mountain landscape invites you to relax after an active day in the great outdoors. Sightseeing is also taken care of, as the provincial capital of Innsbruck is not far away. Enjoy the enchanting old town, visit cultural events or major sporting events and the largest Christmas market in Tyrol every year from November to January.
Austria's best skiing and hiking areas such as St. Anton am Arlberg, Ischgl-Samnaun, Sölden and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis can be reached by car or public transport in a very short time (approx. 20-40 min.). In addition, the local Venet ski area (approx. 10 min.) offers skiing fun for the whole family. Beginners and children in particular benefit from the free Zammer Riefe practice slope, which is just a five-minute walk from the accommodation. In summer, the Area 47 water park (20 min.) or beautiful natural and swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity are also perfect for swimming days in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains.
Travelling by public transport or by plane is also easy, as the Landeck-Zams train station is only 2 km away and the nearest airport, Innsbruck, is 67 km away.
