The flat is tastefully and cosily furnished and has a sloping double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, ideal for a comfortable stay.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including 4 ceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine and a combination microwave. Here you will also find a box-spring sofa bed and a decorative Swedish stove, which creates a cosy atmosphere. A smart TV and access to the small balcony with balcony furniture invite you to relax and offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the valley.
The flat has a modern bathroom with shower/WC and wooden floorboards. A high chair and baby cot are available for families. Free WLAN is also available, and a car park directly at the house provides additional comfort. A small pet or dog is very welcome!
The detached apartment house ‘Alberts Huamat’ is situated in a quiet, sunny and elevated location on a slope, just 200 metres from the edge of the forest, in the picturesque district of Hochgallmigg above Landeck. The surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers and offers numerous leisure activities. A ski room, central heating and a ski boot dryer are available in the house. Please note that the access road to the property is steep and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter.
