In nature, each seed needs very different stimuli of heat, light, oxygen and moisture. For this purpose, Toni and Maria Pircher created a mode of production in 1996 that best meets this requirement and no longer requires carriers such as earth or flax. Sprouts and seedlings are examined randomly in the laboratory for possible germ carriers. In the sprout machine in Toni's sprout garden, the seeds are only used to ripen with water and without additives from the Tyrolean mountains. The sprouts are washed, dehulled and hurled by hand. The sprouts, in a great variety of flavors and varieties, are ready to use in your kitchen.
