The route leads from Landeck Castle along the Via Claudia Augusta to Fließ and from there up to the Kaunergrat Nature Park House.

The route starts at Landeck Castle and follows the road past the shooting range onto a forest road. The forest road leads in four hairpin bends through the forest to the Fließer Platte. From there, the route leads along the slope through Eichholz to Fließ. After the church, take the third road on the left up to the Schloß settlement. At the upper end of the settlement, follow the road across the meadows, cross the country road and follow the forest road up to the Pillerhöhe to the Kaunergrat Nature Park House.
