From the valley station of the Venet cable car, the extensive tour leads via Rifenal and Lahnbach up to the Zammer Alm.

This extensive route starts at the Venet Bahn car park in Zams. Keep left on the tarmac road, turn right at the first junction towards the Riefengebäude, then turn left again. After passing under the bridge, the route continues straight ahead. Turn right at the next junction and follow the country road uphill through woodland and meadows to Rifenal. Keep right at the village well and continue to Lahnbach. In Lahnbach, turn right onto the forest track, the first section of which leads steeply uphill on rough terrain. The well-maintained path then winds its way through the forest with recurring steep inclines to the Zammer Alm, where an impressive view and a well-earned rest make up for the energy-sapping tour. The return journey follows the same route.
