Moorlehrpfad Naturpark Kaunergrat

The Moorlehrpfad links the natural peculiarity of the habitat Hochmoor with the cultural-historical meaning or use by the regional population.

From the nature park house, head towards Piller Moor. Once there, the formation of bogs, marsh vegetation and peat extraction is described along the circular route. From Moorturm you have a wonderful view of the pines high moor.

The Piller Moor is accessible for people with disabilities in some areas barrier-free via bars. For wheelchair users, Swiss Tracks (tractor units) are available for hire in the Nature Park House.
