Ingredients:
dough
1 kg flour smooth
150 g butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 KL salt
1 egg
2 yolks
1 tbsp rum
½ l milk
filling
500 g dried pears
250 g dried figs
250 g sultanas
100 g nuts
rum, cinnamon, cloves gem.
100 g poppy seeds ground and cooked in
milk
Process
dough
Put flour in a bowl, eggs, sugar, rum
mix in, warm milk, melt butter in the
milk, pour to the flour mixture
while still warm, knead everything well, let rest for a ½ hour warm
,
Filling
Pears, figs and raisins cook briefly, mince,
Add spices, nuts and poppy seeds and leave overnight
through,
Divide dough into four parts, thin out, cover with filling,
cover with the second sheet, press on,
Radle doughnuts, bake in hot fat until crisp.
