Flathalm - Giggler Alm

Nice hike from Tobadilll to Flatalm and over the Giggler Alm back to Tobadill.

Starting at the church in Tobadill you first follow the road towards Giggle. After about 800 m you turn left and take the path (Weg 20) to Falthalm. You can either stay on the forest path or take the steeper signed shortcut. Once you get to Flatalm you follow the signs “Giggler Aml – Trujensteig“ for about 3.5 km until you get to Giggler Alm. You head back to Giggl taking a steeper path which merges into a road taking you back to your starting point in Tobadill after about 3.7 km.

Parish church Hl. Magnus - Since 1705 a chapel is attested in Tobadill. The present church was built from 1735 to 1737 by Kassian Grießer. In 1768 it was extended with a tower. There is also a parking lot at the church.
