Ingredients:
500 g flour
500 g cream
1 egg
salt
250 g poppy seeds
250 g pear flour
150 g sugar
1 L milk
250 g butter
500 g honey

Process
1. Mix flour, cream, egg and a pinch of salt into a dough and let it rest for about 30 min.
2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut square pieces from it. These then brown in a pan without fat over dry heat.
3. Mix the poppy seeds, pear flour and sugar.
4. Then bring the milk to a boil and let it cool a little so that you can incorporate the butter and honey.
5. Lightly sprinkle the poppy seed mixture in a glass bowl and then pour the milk with the butter over it. Dip leaves in the milk mixture and place on top. Continue working like this until the bowl is full.
