Wasseralb - trail in Grins

A myth tells of the 4 elements fire, water, air and earth, which are represented by the 4 Albigen (nature elves), as well as their influence on the forces of nature.

From the sports field, follow the tarmac road (approx. 250 m) towards Tasseier until you turn right onto the forest road. From there, follow the forest road to the junction, where you will reach the Wasseralb after approx. 1 km. After a short break, continue on to above Stanz. Now change to the Stanzerwaal high-level trail, which leads back to the starting point in Grins.

TIP: The detour to KreuzTragenden (approx. 700 m) is worthwhile with a great sculpture and a nicely laid out rest area.
