Water, the gold of the new millennium, can be experienced in all its facets in Zammer Lochputz. Steps and tunnels lead from one of the oldest small power plants in Tyrol into the natural jewel Lötzklamm. This dizzying adventure in the Roman Tower is rounded off by a multimedia show with a wonderful saga. Let yourself be enchanted and enjoy the wonder of water. Open until further notice only Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Embark on a tour starting in a still intact small power plant, where you can experience the production of energy very close. You leave the power plant and come to the suspension bridge and the old blacksmith's shop shop. The path leads you in succession to the breathtaking waterfall, past the so-called bull's horn, where you can even see a rainbow at the appropriate incidence of light. After a short break, climb up to the lattice steps towards the viewing platform and the stone image of the bull and nymph who have brought the material to a touching saga. The path then leads you to the watershed, a mystical place. A tunnel then takes you to the Roman tower. You should not miss the multimedia show in this old building. After returning to the starting point, you can enjoy drinks or ice cream on the forecourt and cool down your possibly hot feet in the Kneipp pool. Even more interesting is the guided tour, for which you need to register at +43 (0) 664 5859089 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For a tour you should plan for 1 - 1 ½ hours. Children under the age of 10 are only allowed to enter the facility when accompanied by a supervisor. For Tyrol's mystical gorge good footwear is required and it is mandatory helmet. The helmets are awarded free of charge at the entrance.
