"Tyrolean Alpine herbs" pleasure route

The special location in the Tyrolean Alps makes the area around Zams an Eldorado for herb lovers. The Zammer Kräuterhex accompanies interested visitors through Zams and shows which special herbs can be found along the paths and in the meadows

The walk starts at 09:30 from the Venet parking lot through the Hinterfeld or towards the Tramser Weiher recreation area. With the help of the herb witch Michaela Thöni-Kohler, herbs are diligently identified and, weather permitting, collected. After returning to the Kräuterstadl, we visit it and Michaela shows us how the various herbs are dried and processed. Duration of the event approx. 2.5 hours.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that the walk involves a climb of approx. 30 meters and the Kräuterstadl can be reached via a short but steep staircase. Dogs are welcome to take part in the Alpine herb hike. However, please note that four-legged friends are not allowed in the Kräuterstadl for hygiene reasons, as food is sold there.
