Markus Linder & the incredible southern blues band will be serving up delicacies from the border region on November 28 at Zone82 at FREITAGNACHT - Kunst & Köstlichkeiten
Some bands come and go - and then there are those that not only stay, but rock, swing and groove through the decades in their original line-up. This is exactly the case with our very special Friday night guest performance: the Italian-Austrian blues-rock formation around GIANNI GHIRARDINI, MARKUS LINDER, WERNER "Haifisch" HEIDEGGER and ROLAND EGGER has been on the road together on stages on both sides of the Alps since 1989 - and with an energy as if it were their first concert every time!
Whether in smoky clubs or on large open-air stages - these four gentlemen have the blues in their blood, a sense of rhythm in their fingertips and a mischievous streak in their necks. Drummer and lead singer Roland Egger in particular has a stage presence that not only makes the snare shake - the audience also bobs reliably to the beat.
