Fragrant bread, crackling wood fire and real handiwork: tradition comes to life when baking bread in the Zammer Kräuterstadl
The dough is prepared and the wood-fired oven in the courtyard is preheated. After the guests arrive, the oven is heated together and the bread is shaped. While it is allowed to rest briefly in the Kräuterstadl, the oven reaches the perfect temperature. The baking time is around 20 minutes. During this time, delicious spreads such as herb butter or herb curd are created together - freshly prepared, of course. At the end, the crispy bread can be tasted together. Duration approx. 2 hours.
