Discover the world of herbs and medicinal plants in the rhythm of the year. The Zammer herb witch Michaela Thöni-Kohler accompanies you expertly. The program will be arranged according to season and weather, the collected herbs will be tasted in "refined" form after the hike. Contribution towards expenses for the tasting € 5.00 Guided tour free for participants with the TirolWest Card and for locals from the TirolWest vacation region. Price for the guided tour for participants from outside the TirolWest vacation region per person € 10.00. The hike is cancelled on public holidays.
Depending on the season and weather, the hike leads either through Hinterfeld or towards the Tramser Weiher recreation area. Along the way, with the help of herb witch Michaela Thöni-Kohler, herbs are diligently determined and collected. After returning to the Kräuterstadl, this is visited and Michaela shows how the various herbs are dried and processed. There are many things you can make from the plants. Whether mountain herb jelly, teas, jams, mountain herb syrup or herbal salts, everything is made directly in the Zammer Kräuterhex manufactory and can also be purchased there. Afterwards there is a tasting of the collected and refined herbs.
