Herbstwind is in the west of the Affenhimmel climbing park. 32 routes, 10-40 m wall height, ascent 10-15 min, level of difficulty 5c + -8a.
The exit intersection is really tough. Steep wall climbing on well-gripped rock dominates. Exceptions are the Gamswand, Herbstwind and Kraftmosaik. Due to the south-facing location, you can climb here all year round. There are many routes in the range between the 6th and 7th level of difficulty, so even climbers who are on the way in the moderate difficulty range will find a huge field of activity.
ROCK QUALITY: Consistently good lime with ridges. Flat to overhanging wall climbing.
