Enforcement proceedings

If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above-mentioned contact option, you can submit a complaint to the Ombudsman's Office for Accessible Internet and Mobile Applications of the Province of Tyrol. The complaint will be examined to determine whether it is a violation of the provisions of Section 14b of the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act by bodies of the province, the municipalities, the associations of municipalities and the self-governing bodies established by provincial law. If the complaint is justified, the ombudsman's office must make recommendations for action to the province or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies in question.
